Something More Concrete is a passion project turned small business. As far back as I can remember, I’ve been absolutely consumed by projects - anything that I could put my hands on - and loved every second of it.
When I was little, I was always the “little helper.” I loved to learn, create, & tinker around. As an adult, I’m a chronic DIYer - constantly (& happily) lost in several projects at a time.
Over the last few years, I found that I had less & less creative time. My soul was screaming for a creative outlet - I needed something more in my life, so I started mixing cement (& ruining some of my kitchenware, but that’s neither here nor there). I ended up with coasters, like A LOT of coasters. Before I knew it, I was going through pounds & pounds of cement to see what else I could make. I slowly started sharing my creations with family, friends, friends of friends, & eventually, the internet!
Something More Concrete is the exact “something more” my soul needed. Thank you for visiting my shop & reading my story. I hope my products bring you as much joy as I’ve had creating them!
